FYNBIT is a digital-only platform

FYNBIT enables merchants to sell digital products and services — online courses, software, templates, memberships, consultations, and similar digital goods. No physical goods are shipped through FYNBIT. There are no shipping charges, no courier partners, and no delivery timelines tied to physical logistics.

1. Nature of Products on FYNBIT

Merchants on FYNBIT sell digital goods and services, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses, video tutorials, and educational content
  • Digital downloads — templates, presets, ebooks, design assets, code
  • Software licenses and SaaS subscriptions
  • Memberships and community access
  • Consulting, coaching, and service bookings
  • Webinars and live workshop access

None of these involve physical shipping. FYNBIT does not facilitate, coordinate, or take responsibility for the delivery of physical goods.

2. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers receive access to or delivery of the purchased digital product through the merchant's own delivery mechanism. This typically happens via one or more of the following:

  • An email with a download link or access credentials
  • Automatic enrollment into a course or membership platform
  • A license key or activation link sent to the customer's registered email
  • A redirect to the merchant's product delivery page after payment

Delivery is the sole responsibility of the merchant. FYNBIT only facilitates the payment collection. If a customer has not received their product after successful payment, they should contact the merchant directly.

3. Delivery Timelines

Actual delivery timelines depend on the merchant's systems. FYNBIT is not responsible for delays caused by merchant-side technical issues.

4. No Shipping Charges

Because FYNBIT exclusively supports digital products, there are no shipping fees, delivery charges, or logistics costs on any transaction processed through FYNBIT. The amount a customer sees at checkout is the complete price — no add-ons at payment.

5. Merchant Responsibility

Each merchant on FYNBIT is responsible for:

  • Delivering the digital product or service as described on their product page
  • Maintaining functional delivery infrastructure (email, LMS, download links, etc.)
  • Responding to customers who have paid but not received their product
  • Updating customers if there is any delay in access or delivery

Merchants who repeatedly fail to deliver purchased products may have their FYNBIT accounts reviewed or suspended.

6. Customer Support for Delivery Issues

If you are a customer who has paid for a product and not received it:

  1. First, check your spam/junk email folder for delivery emails from the merchant
  2. Contact the merchant directly using the contact information on their product page
  3. If you cannot reach the merchant, write to us at support@fynbit.com with your transaction ID

FYNBIT will assist in connecting you with the merchant and, where warranted, facilitating a refund per our Refund Policy.

7. FYNBIT's Own Services

FYNBIT's own platform subscription (if applicable) is a SaaS service delivered digitally via web access. There is no physical delivery component to FYNBIT's own product either.
