When will I receive my settlement?

Settlements are processed on a T+2 business day cycle to your registered bank account. For example, transactions on Monday settle by Wednesday.

How do I issue a refund to a customer?

I'm a customer who paid via FYNBIT โ€” who do I contact?

For queries about your order or purchase, please contact the merchant you bought from directly. If you cannot reach the merchant, write to us at support@fynbit.com with your transaction ID and we'll do our best to help.
